A walk back in time a traditional Edwardian Lakeland stone built house in a pleasant residential road set between Windermere and Bowness. Everything you need to enjoy a fabulous holiday in The Lake District. Ideal for walking groups or family's Comprising of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room and 1 single room. There is also a zed bed to make it up to 6 people.

Windermere and Bowness form an ideal centre for a lakeland holiday. Bowness bay is 10 minutes walk from Thornbarrow cottage and there you can hire a boat or travel the length of the lake on one of the original lake steamers.All grades of walking are within easy reach and plenty of local attractions.

Outside is a small garden and seating area to the front. The Cottage facilities include washing machine, microwave, fridge, TV, DVD, shower room, bathroom, lounge & Kitchen diner. There is plenty of unrestricted parking just outside the cottage.
